Farol

Farol is Portuguese for lighthouse. These iconic buildings have for centuries provided seafarers with a sense of reassurance and have helped to guide them safely during times of great difficulty. We had this image in mind when we established our company in 2010, two years into a recession that is having a massive impact on the public, private and voluntary sectors alike.

We have entered a period when public sector services face some of the biggest challenges in a generation. It is in times like this when external support can prove invaluable by shining a light on innovative solutions to seemingly intractable difficulties.
