Our Beliefs

  • ASPIRE has five carefully chosen service areas covering all aspects of school life: Pupil Achievement; Resources Management; Confident Leadership; Staff Motivation and Engagement; and the development of an Inclusive Environment.
  • Each of the chosen areas has a range of services that can be put together flexibly to create a unique solution to meet the needs of any school.
  • The ASPIRE project team work with senior managers to undertake an audit of need and draw up a specification for the solution most appropriate to the identified need. This mix and match approach puts you in charge of your solution.
  • The key feature of ASPIRE is that our specialists work alongside headteachers, governors, staff, parents and pupils to help build capacity and ensure long-term sustainability. This is a collaborative working partnership rather than a solely advisory model of school improvement.

Why Does ASPIRE Work?

We guarantee the following:
  • Programmes are developed through joint scoping of needs with senior leaders and the creation of a detailed specification of services based on your desired outcomes;
  • The development of a work programme based on full consultation with all staff involved in the project;
  • A Memorandum of Understanding that sets out each party’s commitment and contribution to the project.
  • Regular reports from the specialist adviser outlining progress against the outcomes and recommendations for further refinement of the programme.
